Our Mission

Closing the gap between two Marions.

Marion is two cities living on the same map. Providential exists to close that gap—turning vacant lots and blighted properties into quality affordable housing for the families that call Marion home.

Two companies. One operation.

Providential Holdings handles the development side. McDonald and Sons handles the construction. Two legally distinct Ohio LLCs operated by the same McDonald family principals, with a clear arm's-length contractor relationship between them.
